What do you think about the partnership with SUPŠ Bechyně?

I had the privilege to participate in the partnership between SUPŠ Bechyně and EASR Porto. I couldn’t be happier to know that I’ve met such incredible people and had the opportunity of getting to know such a beautiful place as Bechyne.

This experience was really important for me, not just as a student but also as a person. It was so significant that we were able to share our interests and cultures and to teach our Czech mates how it really is to be Portuguese and to live in Portugal.

What are the challenges that you have faced/ are facing?

For me, the biggest challenge was actually the communication. Sometimes there were some difficulties in communicating, because each one has their own rhythm and level of English… But in the end we could all understand each other and most of times we would end a conversation laughing a lot, which is the best part.

What would you wish to the cooperation between schools?

I wish this project the best, because it really deserves it. I also want to thank to everyone that made this project come true. The partnership will continue, this time with different people, which will be able to discover new things and realities as we did. Wishing the best luck to everyone who started and will continue this project!

What do you think about the partnership with EASR Porto?

This partnership brought me only the best memories and precious experiences. I can speak for all of the participating students, telling how much we appreciated the opportunity to meet such amazing people and their beautiful country. In my opinion, this partnership should definitely continue in the future. I am glad I have spent such an amazing week in Porto!

What are the challenges that you have faced/ are facing?

The biggest and probably the only challenge which we faced was the language. Czech language and Portuguese are two absolutely different languages, but hopefully we could talk English all the time!

What would you wish to the cooperation between schools?

I appreciated every day that I spent with all my friends from EASR Porto and the chance to get to know such a beautiful and friendly city like Porto. I wish all the best and other new exchanges in the future!

What do you think about the partnership with SUPŠ Bechyně?

This partnership has created strong bonds between Portugal and the Czech Republic. It allowed people from both countries to get to know each other’s culture in a really friendly and fun way. I can only thank the opportunity that was given to me to visit such a beautiful country and such amazing people.

What are the challenges that you have faced/ are facing?

Probably the most challenging thing that I had to face, throughout the partnership, was the language. For me it is really easy to understand english, but speaking this language almost full time is a whole new level of difficulty. Despite this obstacle, I got say that I had fun with the students and improved the fluency of my speech a lot.

What would you wish to the cooperation between schools?

I give them my best wishes! I know this is a bit cheesy but follow your “dreams”! Set objectives and fight for them! You want to conquer the world? Go for it! But don’t forget: “Nothing is possible without work”. Work hard (or smart) and just be HAPPY! (err I feel like an old guy saying this…)

What do you think about the partnership with EASR Porto?

I think it’s a great opportunity to meet foreign people, to get to know other culture, habits, Portuguese design… We may also improve in English and get the inspiration from other culture.

What are the challenges that you have faced/ are facing?

Certainly speaking only English during the workshops was very challenging, to be honest…

What would you wish to the cooperation between schools?

I don’t know… for the project itself…that it keeps on going.

What do you think about the partnership with SUPŠ Bechyně?

The partnership to me was above all an opportunity to know new people and to learn more about the area im working in (ceramics). This experience really left me with a different way o look at the world, i´m really happy i was able to experience it!

What are the challenges that you have faced/ are facing?

I guess the hardest part of the partnership was the communication between the students, either than that i almost no challenges since all the people involved in the project was very willing to make everything work.

What would you wish to the cooperation between schools?

What would you wish to the cooperation between schools? I really wish the cooperation continues and that the relationship between schools never fade, it´s really a good program for everyone involved!

What do you think about the partnership with SUPŠ Bechyně?

I think that the partnership between our schools went really well. I loved meeting new people, making friends and working together.

What are the challenges that you have faced/ are facing?

Sometimes, our different languages made it harder to communicate as we needed to express some precise terms.

What would you wish to the cooperation between schools?

I wish that, in the future, there’ll be more cooperations like the one we did. It should become a more frequent type of experience, as it only brings positive aspects to both parties involved. I miss every one and each of you guys! I truly wish the best for you. Keep working like you always did and good luck.

What do you think about the partnership with EASR Porto?

As far as I remember from the last meeting at our school, I can only think of great, young, open-minded people … and also quite talkative. I would say maybe even teachers more talkative than studentsJ It was a great chance to learn about how people in Porto live and study.

And the partnership itself has for sure great meaning! Even for us, even for Portuguese guys, it may help to know other culture, it broads up our minds; it brings the possibility to travel. Great intercultural experience, isn’t it? Czech students might finally perceive the future not as a dark tunnel, but as widely open doors that one may enter and get to know him/herself!

What are the challenges that you have faced/ are facing?

Well…to be honest…sometimes I had problems to express myself in English and to think in foreign language all the time. And also, it was difficult for me to involve into dialogues, to mingle, since sometimes Czech and Portuguese kept talking together as separate groups…

What would you wish to the cooperation between schools?

Good luck and keep on discovering new things! I wish that students from both schools get out of their comfort zone; they accept and tolerate new things and culture, they share their experience, so that they broad up their minds….and therefore appreciate more what they have at home.

What do you think about the partnership with SUPŠ Bechyně?

I think the hole project worked very well in all aspects and that it was a good way for a student to evolve both professionally as in a personal level.

What are the challenges that you have faced/ are facing?

In my opinion one of the biggest challenges we faced with this exchange program was the language and communication difficulty between us and the Czech Republic students.

What would you wish to the cooperation between schools?

I wish that it continues for others generations of students and that maybe the exchange programs last a little longer! It is a great initiative! Carry on!

What do you think about the partnership with SUPŠ Bechyně?

With this Erasmus I got to know a completely different culture of Portugal. This experience brought me a lot of knowledge that i didn’t knew about the ceramic area, but over all it was a life experience that I will never forget.

What are the challenges that you have faced/ are facing?

The challenges that I faced and I still face is the difficulty in communication and difficulty to express what I feel. However with this opportunity I think I could improve both aspects.

What would you wish to the cooperation between schools?

I wish that in the future there will be more opportunities for cooperation between schools because, from what I noticed, the bond of friendship between the Czech and Portuguese people is huge. It is a great experience for both schools.

What do you think about the partnership with SUPŠ Bechyně?

In my opinion, the partnership between Sups Bechyne and EASR was and is a great way to create bonds between people (you might say bridges like in the small film we made). These bonds aren’t just on a personal level, as in friendships and such, but on a professional level as well.

The creation of this partnership between the two schools is fantastic to make projects, especially because of the specialties of each school. In this case, Sups would be ceramics and EASR graphic design.

What are the challenges that you have faced/ are facing?

At the moment, I’m facing a few issues about my work. I have some obstacles I have to go through, time being the biggest one right now. It’s just a lot of tasks for a young man like me to achieve. It’s my final big project for my school that will define whether I go to my university of my choice.

What would you wish to the cooperation between schools?

I’d wish this cooperation wouldn’t fade away since it’s a good experience for the students from each country. I’m not talking about myself here, I truly think it’s an important practice for future students to try out for their work and life experience.

Taking all in account, I believe this partnership should actually endure throughout the years so the students can have this amazing experience for themselves.
